By accessing and using BetterComposition, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BetterComposition for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BetterComposition or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BetterComposition, even if BetterComposition or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to BetterComposition. By submitting content, you grant BetterComposition a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for the purposes of providing and improving our service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree that you will not submit any content that infringes on the rights of others or violates any applicable laws.

7. Payment and Billing

If you choose a paid subscription plan:

• • You agree to pay the fees specified for your chosen plan
• • Fees are billed according to the billing frequency you select
• • You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information
• • We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice

8. Termination

BetterComposition may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting our support team.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.
